About Our Program
Our Girls Development Camp for U14–U16 goalkeepers goes beyond just shot-stopping and drills – we focus on building confident, skilled, and resilient keepers in a supportive and inspiring environment. What sets us apart is our commitment to developing the whole goalkeeper, combining high-quality, position-specific coaching with a strong emphasis on communication, decision-making, and self-belief under pressure.
Our Girls Goalkeeper Development Camp follows a structured, progressive program that focuses on developing key aspects of the modern goalkeeper's game — including shot-stopping, footwork, handling, positioning, 1v1 situations, distribution (both short and long range), and communication. Each session is built around realistic game scenarios, helping players improve their decision-making, timing, and overall presence in goal.
With player development as our priority, our sessions are designed not only to enhance technical ability and tactical understanding but also to build confidence, game intelligence, and a lifelong love for football. If you're looking to sharpen specific areas of your game, this camp provides the support and challenge needed to thrive both on the pitch.

Where And When
Who:
High Level Goalkeepers currently playing for teams at U12-U16.
How: Keepers will begin each session by warming up alongside their age group After the warm-up, goalkeepers will break off into their specialist group for focused, position-specific training. To finish, they’ll rejoin their age group for the game phase, allowing them to apply their skills in realistic match situations.
When:
Wednesday nights
U12 - 18:00 to 19:00
U14-16 - 1800 to 1930hrs
Where:
Cornerstone Academy, Blandford Close, Hamworthy, Poole, BH15 4BQ.
How Much:
U14-16 - 4 Week Course (4 Sessions) is £40 for the course
U12 - 4 Week Course (4 Sessions) is £35 for the course
