Terms and Conditions


Effective Date: 01 February 2025

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in DNA Girls’ coaching sessions, including the Girls Development Sessions and School Sessions. By enrolling in these sessions, participants and/or their guardians agree to abide by these terms.

2. Girls Development Sessions

​

  • Sessions are booked and paid for upfront in blocks (e.g., 6-week blocks).

  • Fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of DNA Girls.

  • If a participant is unable to attend a session, no refunds or make-up sessions will be provided.

  • Sessions are subject to change, and participants will be informed of any schedule adjustments.

  • DNA Girls reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a credit or rescheduled session may be offered.

3. School Sessions

  • School sessions are either paid hourly by the school or upfront in 6-week blocks by individual participants.

  • Schools are responsible for making payments as per the agreed terms before the commencement of sessions.

  • For block payments by children/parents, fees must be paid in full before the start of the first session.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless canceled by DNA Girls.

  • If a school cancels a session, DNA Girls must be given reasonable notice. Cancellation fees may apply.

  • DNA Girls reserves the right to amend session times and locations if necessary.

4. Participant Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and fellow attendees.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from sessions without a refund.

  • DNA Girls promotes a safe and inclusive environment and has a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying or discrimination.

5. Health and Safety

  • Parents/guardians must inform DNA Girls of any medical conditions or injuries before sessions commence.

  • Participants must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear.

  • DNA Girls is not responsible for injuries sustained during sessions unless due to negligence.

6. Liability

  • DNA Girls is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions.

  • Parents/guardians accept responsibility for ensuring their child is fit and well enough to participate.

​

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • DNA Girls reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to participants and schools where applicable.
