REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

1. Introduction

DNA Girls Football is committed to delivering high-quality coaching sessions and development programmes. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and credits apply across our Monthly Memberships, Pay-As-You-Go sessions, Private Sessions, and School Bookings.

2. Monthly Memberships (Development Camps)

Monthly memberships provide access to scheduled sessions within each monthly billing period.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

  • No credits, extensions, or make-up sessions are offered for missed sessions.

  • If a member cannot attend, an alternative option may be offered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

  • Cancellations must be requested by emailing info@dnagirlsfootball.co.uk.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are dependent on billing date, transaction fees, cancellation fees, and are at the discretion of DNA Girls Football.

  • Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not automatically refund the current month.

3. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Sessions

  • PAYG session fees are non-refundable once booked.

  • No refunds or credits are given for non-attendance or late cancellations.

  • If DNA Girls Football cancels a session, a full refund or credit will be issued.

4. Private Sessions (1-to-1 or Small Group)

  • Private sessions must be paid for in advance.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

  • If DNA Girls Football cancels a session, a full refund or rearranged session will be provided.

5. School Bookings (Termly or Block Bookings)

  • Schools booking sessions on a termly or block basis are invoiced in advance.

  • Fees are non-refundable once the term or block has commenced.

  • If DNA Girls Football cancels a session, the session will be refunded.

6. General Refund Conditions

  • All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of DNA Girls Football.

  • Any approved refunds will account for billing timing, transaction fees, and any applicable cancellation fees.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method where possible.
