Football gave me so much growing up and now I'm on a mission to give even more to all of the young girls growing up in football now.

Many girls lose confidence and leave football between ages 13 and 15. Physical changes, social pressure, and tougher competition can make the game feel intimidating. But this stage is temporary — with the right support, focus on personal growth, and positive role models, girls can rebuild self-belief and stay connected to the sport they love.
